Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to develop and execute lead generation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation
  • Analyze and refine marketing processes and workflows to improve lead generation and ROI
  • Manage demand generation strategies across various channels and collaborate with sales teams on lead management

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing/sales operations or demand management
  • Experience with business analytics and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems like Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, or Eloqua
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
