Key Responsibilities

• Lead product ownership for AI and technology solutions within an Agile framework
• Bridge technical and business strategy by translating business needs into technical requirements
• Oversee the lifecycle of AI initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of technology and/or product management experience
• At least 4 years of experience managing people or leading teams and projects
• Working knowledge in data science, machine learning, or coding (Python, R, etc.)
• Experience in AI-focused solutions and digital transformation trends, particularly in life sciences
• Proven project management skills with a record of building strong partnerships across teams
