Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, eCommerce to lead their Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead inventory management to address customer pain points related to outages
  • Modernize fraud and payment processes to enhance customer experience and support growth

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of eCommerce experience, focusing on digital content or subscription models
  • Proven experience in leading and scaling eCommerce teams
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and eCommerce analytics tools
  • Understanding of web technologies and eCommerce infrastructure
