Director of Engineering
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and inspire a team in developing a multi-platform product.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a supportive work environment for high-quality software development
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
- Collaborate with peers to develop a technology roadmap and execute product analytics strategy
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of applicable experience or 7+ years with 2+ years of managerial experience
- Proven experience building applications used at large scale
- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS, and databases
- Experience with compliance standards such as SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
