Director of Engineering
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Engineering (Client & Performance).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead multiple teams of managers and engineers, fostering ownership and impact
- Collaborate with peers to drive user engagement metrics through mobile performance and quality goals
- Manage processes and leverage technical expertise to improve team performance and results
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with maintained technical depth as a leader
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, overseeing groups of 3+ Engineering Managers and 15+ Software Engineers
- 2+ years of experience managing other Managers
- Deep understanding of mobile performance and React Native
- Experience in coaching and leading engineers while engaging in architecture design
