Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, mentor, and manage a sales team of 7-10 AEs to maximize subscription-based ARR
  • Define and execute the optimal sales process for the target market in collaboration with other sales leaders
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with Business Development, Marketing, and Alliances teams

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing a field sales team in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success in managing sales of cross-departmental iPaaS solutions to new customers
  • Experience engaging with a partner ecosystem to maximize customer value
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise eCommerce or high-growth SaaS companies is a plus
