Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the FP&A team, establishing processes for growth
• Manage annual planning and quarterly forecasting in collaboration with department leaders
• Create financial models and automated reporting to assess business performance and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial statement modeling
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience in FP&A tools
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring FP&A team members
• Expertise in SaaS metrics and growth-stage company dynamics
