Director of Grants and Foundation Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, National Grants and Foundation Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of the foundation and grants program, ensuring accountability for over $10M in annual revenue
• Develop and maintain relationships with foundation partners, while designing and implementing fundraising strategies for long-term support
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align grant priorities with the organization's mission and ensure compliance with grant requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in foundation relations and grant strategy, preferably in a health or science-focused nonprofit
• Proven ability to manage a seven-figure portfolio of foundation donors and produce complex proposals
• Demonstrated success in securing U.S. and global foundation funding
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and motivate teams
