Director of Growth and Contracting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Contracting and Growth for a leading ABA healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with in-network funding sources
• Negotiate and implement contracts with insurance providers, school districts, and state departments of health
• Oversee expansion into new states, real estate leasing, and acquisition due diligence

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in contract review, negotiation, and implementation
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems, coding principles, and billing regulations
• Experience with project management, workflow management, and EMR systems in healthcare industry
• Eligible to work in the United States
