Job Summary

Driving subscription growth and user engagement, the full-time Director of Growth & Subscriptions will oversee the Yahoo Finance product portfolio, focusing on enhancing product adoption, retention, and the launch of new features while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user engagement and retention strategies across all Yahoo Finance products, including Portfolios and Watchlists
• Develop and implement growth playbooks for new product launches, ensuring effective onboarding and user activation
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to optimize marketing strategies, product features, and subscriber benefits

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or growth within consumer-facing digital products
• Proven track record in driving user engagement, adoption, and retention across multiple products
• Experience in managing subscription or direct-to-consumer businesses with revenue accountability
• Strong understanding of in-product growth strategies, including onboarding flows and paywall mechanics
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes effectively
