A company is looking for a Director of Healthcare Financial Operations to monitor financial performance and drive initiatives across multiple functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial performance through analysis of data, metrics, and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement initiatives focused on performance improvement
- Assess ROI projections and provide recommendations on strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience; Graduate Degree preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of performance management or financial/analytics experience in a leadership role
- At least 3 years of management experience

- Managed care or health insurance industry experience preferred
