Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Implementation to lead and optimize their implementation team for enterprise and strategic clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize implementation methodologies and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Implementation team to align with customer success objectives
- Track, analyze, and report on implementation performance metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in an implementation or professional services leadership role within a SaaS or technology organization
- Proven track record in managing complex software deployment projects
- Experience building and scaling an implementation team
- Project management certifications (PMP preferred)
- Deep knowledge of project management and CRM tools
