Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of IT to lead help desk, systems administration, and security teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance help desk operations and manage internal user processes in collaboration with HR
- Oversee IT infrastructure management and ensure systems administration reliability
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT management, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in managing IT for an Enterprise Software business
- Proven success in vendor management and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with SOC 2 compliance and data protection standards
