Director of IT Infrastructure

Job Summary

To ensure the stability and performance of mission-critical services, the full-time salaried Director of IT Infrastructure will manage the implementation and support of secure enterprise information systems and oversee network and server operations in a healthcare technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of IT infrastructure services and operations according to service level agreements
• Provide daily leadership to network, DBA, and server teams, including supervision and resource management
• Plan, design, and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Information Management
• Minimum eight years of progressive experience in similar positions, with at least five years in a management role
• Experience in IT management within Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Service Provider organizations
• Expertise in LAN/WAN, server and network management, and data center technologies
• Strong experience with Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, F5, SQL products, and familiarity with Azure and AWS
