Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of experience in engineering/technical roles for application software operations
- 10+ years of software operations experience with proficiency in SDLC management and incident management
- 10+ years of experience managing high-performance global operations teams
- Extensive experience with reliability operations, automation tools, and process innovation
