Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Labs (Lean Startup, Experimentation).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and evaluate new business ideas based on market potential
- Drive innovation through rapid concept testing using Lean Startup principles
- Build and manage cross-functional teams to maximize execution in a dynamic environment
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in digital product strategy and growth
- Proven track record of launching products with measurable financial impact
- Deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Computer Science background is a plus
- Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity
