Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Medicare Segment Optimization (Remote within the US).
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate execution of Medicare performance objectives and coordinate accountabilities across segments and markets
- Analyze activities to identify trends and develop recommendations for performance improvement
- Implement and monitor strategic plans to achieve growth and performance objectives for the segment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Services Administration, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in Managed Care, specifically in government programs or Medicare/Duals Health Plan Operations
- Strong leadership experience in a matrixed environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Graduate degree preferred
