Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Offer Management to coordinate commercial terms for sales deals and lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to scope customer projects and establish pricing
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members while defining and rolling out new processes
• Manage estimation requests and facilitate communication throughout the pre-sales process

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Expert knowledge of CPQ systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience in project estimation and understanding of project management methodology
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously
