Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations to lead and optimize business operations in a dynamic BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support growth
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and manage client relationships to drive business growth
  • Implement Quality Assurance programs and develop performance metrics for operational success

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO or call center management
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Jira
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
