Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Operations Innovation & Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations design, equipment engineering, and process improvement initiatives
- Consult with operations leadership on kitchen layouts and restaurant design
- Manage design and equipment innovation projects, transitioning initiatives to the Restaurant Excellence team
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in relevant fields
- 7-9 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in restaurant design and kitchen space planning
- Manufacturing design experience preferred
