Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director - Order to Cash.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and strategically manage a team of 40 FTEs in Collections, Cash Application, and Credit
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve working capital, reduce past due balances, and enhance processes
- Drive the implementation of order-to-cash automation initiatives and optimize customer-facing processes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in financial management
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with High Radius, Oracle, SAP, and/or Great Plains preferred
- CPA preferred but not required
