Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Partnerships and Fundraising to create authentic partnerships that fund their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communication and stewardship of current donor partners, including reporting and renewal applications
- Oversee fundraising efforts and develop strategies to attract new donor partnerships
- Identify and research new donor partnerships in collaboration with the Leadership Team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in non-profit/INGO development leadership roles
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar grants and contracts
- Experience developing relationships with government donors and high-net-worth individuals
- Proficiency in project management and familiarity with cloud-based systems
