Director of Payments Products

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payments Products to lead the development and execution of its payments strategy and product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own a strategic product roadmap for payments, aligning all platforms toward a unified vision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements
• Establish best practices in product management processes and partner with internal stakeholders for compliance and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience in B2B payments or Fintech
• Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem and proven track record of launching payment products
• Experience in an agile development environment and using product management tools like Jira and Confluence
