Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payor Contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead contract negotiations for Physician, ASC, and Ancillary contracts
Support Business Development projects related to Payor relationships
Create a strategic framework for evaluating new Payer agreements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
5-10 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry
3-5 years of professional experience in payor contract negotiations
Experience working with value-based contracts is strongly preferred
Experience working within an integrated healthcare system or a health insurance provider is strongly preferred
