Director of Payor Partnerships

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end management of payor programs, the remote Director of Payor Partnerships will lead cross-functional delivery, maintain operational relationships with payor partners, and develop a repeatable operating model to ensure program success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with payor partners, ensuring smooth operations and growth opportunities
• Lead cross-functional program delivery, adhering to scope, timelines, and contractual obligations
• Define and track program KPIs, driving actions to meet performance targets and implementing best practices across programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in program management, payor or provider operations, or healthcare strategy
• Proven success in managing complex client or partner relationships with strong emotional intelligence
• Strong program and project management skills, with experience in cross-functional team delivery
• Analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and utilize data to manage program performance
