Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to build and sustain a culture that drives success during rapid business evolution
• Oversee people-related due diligence during acquisitions and manage change integration
• Develop and implement programs for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and total rewards

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a progressive People Leader
• 3+ years in a SaaS or product-led growth environment, ideally in early-stage companies
• Experience with acquisitions from due diligence to talent integration
• Previous collaboration with compensation committees or board of directors
• Proven ability to build company culture and manage relationships across organizational boundaries
