Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of People Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to build and sustain a culture that drives employee success
- Manage people-related due diligence during acquisitions and implement change management strategies
- Oversee all aspects of the People function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and total rewards
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a progressive People Leader
- 3+ years in a SaaS or product-led growth environment, preferably in early-stage companies
- Experience with acquisitions from due diligence to talent integration
- Previous experience working with compensation committees or board of directors
- Strong collaboration skills to build relationships across organizational boundaries
