Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to build and sustain a culture that drives employee success
  • Manage people-related due diligence during acquisitions and implement change management strategies
  • Oversee all aspects of the People function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and total rewards

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a progressive People Leader
  • 3+ years in a SaaS or product-led growth environment, preferably in early-stage companies
  • Experience with acquisitions from due diligence to talent integration
  • Previous experience working with compensation committees or board of directors
  • Strong collaboration skills to build relationships across organizational boundaries
