Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of People Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to build and sustain a culture that drives employee success during business evolution
- Oversee due diligence and integration of People during acquisition activities
- Develop and drive total rewards programs and employee experience initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a progressive People Leader
- 3+ years in a SaaS or Product Led Growth environment with experience in scaling HR efforts
- Experience with acquisitions from due diligence to talent integration
- Previous work with compensation committees and senior executive leaders
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across organizational boundaries
