Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to build and sustain a culture that drives employee success during business evolution
  • Oversee due diligence and integration of People during acquisition activities
  • Develop and drive total rewards programs and employee experience initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a progressive People Leader
  • 3+ years in a SaaS or Product Led Growth environment with experience in scaling HR efforts
  • Experience with acquisitions from due diligence to talent integration
  • Previous work with compensation committees and senior executive leaders
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across organizational boundaries
