Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, People Technology & Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology roadmap
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of HR technology platforms
  • Oversee integration and optimization of HR systems for seamless data flow

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, information technology, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • 10+ years of experience with Workday and integrating third-party solutions
  • 5+ years of experience leading a Workday team and managing multiple modules
  • Proven experience in HR technology, HRIS, and systems implementation
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements
