Director of Pharmacy Operations
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Pharmacy & Behavioral Health Program Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and lead cross-functional strategy for key delegate vendor partners providing core benefit offerings
- Select and manage strategic vendor partners to ensure clinically effective and cost-effective programs
- Oversee the evaluation of opportunities for building internal capabilities versus outsourcing to external vendors
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of program management experience with strategic partners
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, including roles at consulting firms, PBM, or health plans
- 7+ years of experience leading people and teams
- Experience with Vendor Management on behalf of health plans or Account Management for a vendor servicing health plans
- Knowledge of the PBM industry
