Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Pipeline Strategy and Innovation Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments and competitive positioning for emerging products
- Develop strategic roadmaps and benchmarks for patient services capabilities
- Monitor customer needs and competitor activity to identify innovation opportunities
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, patient services, or marketing; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in global pharmaceuticals, biopharma consulting, or related fields
- Experience with patient support benchmarking and understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory environments
- Launch marketing or pipeline strategy experience in the late clinical space
- Change management and project management experience
