Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Product to define product strategy for a mobile, arcade-style pre-production title.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product development towards a successful commercial launch through new features and iterative improvements
- Deliver clear product specifications to cross-functional teams for implementation
- Establish an A/B testing roadmap and manage data readouts to optimize monetization KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant product experience in F2P mobile gaming or a closely-related space
- Proven experience in a leadership role on a Top Grossing F2P mobile title
- Deep knowledge of monetization and player engagement strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker and writing SQL queries
- Holistic understanding of game systems and design principles, including game economies and player psychology
