Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Product Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Product Compliance function and establish relationships across product teams
- Supervise a team of Product Compliance professionals and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with state and federal obligations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in compliance advisory, risk, or control functions in banking or financial technology
- Experience with regulatory compliance matters related to product teams
- Ability to evaluate emerging products for compliance risk and implement solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; CRCM preferred
- A strong understanding of financial rules and regulations
