Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Product Design to lead and grow a team of product designers focused on healthcare pricing transparency.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, including 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of hiring and scaling high-performing design teams
- Experience in guiding teams through complex projects and providing tactical support
- Expertise in building and maintaining a front-end design system
- Experience leading 0-to-1 or emerging business teams with distinct roadmaps
