Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee UX strategy and experience for the product suite supporting clinical workflows
- Participate in leadership activities and contribute insights to strategic initiatives
- Guide teams through project scoping and ensure satisfactory delivery of commitments
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of design and management experience with teams of 5-10+ members
- Experience in headcount planning, recruiting, and hiring talent
- Proficiency with Figma and experience with design systems
- Demonstrated success in developing operational practices for team motivation and efficiency
- Familiarity with Lean UX practices and Agile development methodologies preferred
