Director of Product Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design to lead a design team and shape the UI and UX of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide design leadership across the entire organization
• Define the design language across products and create wireframes and prototypes
• Understand customer journeys to identify design opportunities and improve user experiences

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of industry design patterns for web, desktop, and mobile platforms
• Experience leading design for consumer products with large user bases
• Expertise across the product design lifecycle, including user research and visual UI design
• Experience developing design systems within an organization
• Management experience from a previous design position
