Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Product Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technology team and manage the product engineering budget
- Mentor staff and collaborate with stakeholders to align departmental strategies with company goals
- Recruit, train, and supervise engineering managers while ensuring high product quality and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in operational efficiency and technology leadership
- Experience managing a departmental budget, with LEAN experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering organizations through strategic growth
- Experience within SaaS organizations is required
- Familiarity with managing onshore, offshore, and nearshore development resources
