Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead a product team and drive innovative solutions in the healthcare software market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision and strategy, developing a roadmap that aligns with company goals
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers to enhance user experience and drive growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in HealthTech or highly regulated environments is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building product teams
- Solid understanding of software development processes, SaaS, APIs, and agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
