Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Professional Services - Growth & Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of implementation consultants for the AcuityMD platform
- Oversee customer implementation processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables and satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred in healthcare, science, engineering, computer science, or economics
- 10+ years in consulting/professional services in SaaS
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams
- Documented expertise in healthcare clinical and revenue cycles
- Startup and scaling experience preferred
