Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Project Management Office to oversee the organization's project management function and ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, implementing best practices and methodologies
- Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and monitoring performance
- Develop and manage project budgets, allocating resources efficiently to maximize project success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field is required
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) is preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in the healthcare IT industry is preferred
