Director of Qualitative Research
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Qualitative Research to lead evaluation contracts and conduct advanced empirical studies in healthcare research.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage large evaluation contracts, including technical direction and client relations
- Design and conduct studies using advanced empirical methods and mixed evaluation techniques
- Lead research reports and proposals for both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant field with 12+ years of experience in healthcare research and policy analysis
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare research and policy analysis
- Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis
- Expertise in designing research studies focused on health equity
