A company is looking for a Director of Recruiting Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team focused on Recruiting Analytics, Channel Optimization, and Systems & Process
- Oversee the creation and management of recruiting data dashboards and drive capacity planning discussions
- Develop strategies to optimize recruiting channels and ensure maximum ROI on recruiting investments
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in recruiting operations or related fields, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or a related field
- Extensive experience with enterprise-scale Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
