Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Retention to lead customer engagement and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase subscriber lifetime value and engagement through personalized lifecycle strategies
- Lead and expand retention channels such as email, SMS, loyalty programs, and referrals
- Design and execute subscriber retention strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, and CRM within a DTC subscription company
- Proven expertise in crafting and executing DTC lifecycle marketing strategies
- Deep understanding of email and SMS marketing strategies, including segmentation and optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis to track KPIs and refine retention strategies
- Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, Recharge, Lifetimely, and Churnbuster
