Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Retention to lead customer engagement and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increase subscriber lifetime value and engagement through personalized lifecycle strategies
  • Lead and expand retention channels such as email, SMS, loyalty programs, and referrals
  • Design and execute subscriber retention strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, and CRM within a DTC subscription company
  • Proven expertise in crafting and executing DTC lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Deep understanding of email and SMS marketing strategies, including segmentation and optimization
  • Proficiency in data analysis to track KPIs and refine retention strategies
  • Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, Recharge, Lifetimely, and Churnbuster
