Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Revenue Enablement to drive revenue generation through scalable enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of sales enablement and training programs
  • Design and implement onboarding programs for revenue teams with success metrics
  • Act as a trusted advisor to revenue leadership, identifying opportunities for improvements

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or coaching in the SaaS space
  • Experience as a quota-carrying sales representative
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Sales Methodologies
  • Experience in enabling teams within Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships
  • Strong project and program management skills with a proven track record
