Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales - NGO to develop and execute a strategic sales strategy for the NextGen Office Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales quotas, profit goals, and product expectations
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing teams to drive sales growth
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and achieve career aspirations

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in sales
  • 4+ years of experience in Ambulatory Software or Health Information Technology (HIT) sales
  • Management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology and strategic selling initiatives
