Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and optimize the performance of growth teams and sales enablement initiatives
- Manage business development strategies to increase access to targeted LDDs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales processes and drive new product innovation
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or revenue-facing roles
- 6+ years of measurable impact on business outcomes such as win rate and quota attainment
- 4+ years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Infusion, PBM, Pharma, or cell/gene
- Experience in executing change management initiatives
- Proficient skills in Tableau, Salesforce, and/or Point
