Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and optimize the performance of growth teams and sales enablement initiatives
  • Manage business development strategies to increase access to targeted LDDs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales processes and drive new product innovation

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or revenue-facing roles
  • 6+ years of measurable impact on business outcomes such as win rate and quota attainment
  • 4+ years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Infusion, PBM, Pharma, or cell/gene
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives
  • Proficient skills in Tableau, Salesforce, and/or Point
