Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to develop and execute sales enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies across various teams
  • Lead the creation of onboarding programs and ongoing training for customer-facing roles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content and optimize sales tools

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or training in high-growth tech environments
  • Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs across diverse teams
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and experience with CRM systems
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to track performance and optimize initiatives
