Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to develop and execute sales enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies across various teams
- Lead the creation of onboarding programs and ongoing training for customer-facing roles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content and optimize sales tools
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's preferred
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or training in high-growth tech environments
- Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs across diverse teams
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and experience with CRM systems
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to track performance and optimize initiatives
