Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Field Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct a team of 2-3 direct reports, providing mentorship and coaching
- Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience for Revenue roles
- Design and deliver strategic onboarding experiences aligned with sales priorities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Learning & Development
- 5+ years of experience leading global teams in the tech sector
- Proven record of designing and delivering measurable onboarding programs
- Strong understanding of the sales process and needs of high-performing sales organizations
- Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles
