Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Field Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct a team of 2-3 direct reports, providing mentorship and coaching
  • Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience for Revenue roles
  • Design and deliver strategic onboarding experiences aligned with sales priorities

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Learning & Development
  • 5+ years of experience leading global teams in the tech sector
  • Proven record of designing and delivering measurable onboarding programs
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and needs of high-performing sales organizations
  • Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles
