Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operationalize the customer journey with clear handoff processes, opportunity management, and post-sales tracking
- Analyze pipeline trends, identify blockers, and accelerate deal closure
- Establish lead routing protocols, ensure Salesforce accuracy, and recommend sales process enhancement tools
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related field
- Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) administration and functionality
- Experience with sales enablement strategies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
