Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operationalize the customer journey with clear handoff processes, opportunity management, and post-sales tracking
  • Analyze pipeline trends, identify blockers, and accelerate deal closure
  • Establish lead routing protocols, ensure Salesforce accuracy, and recommend sales process enhancement tools

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related field
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) administration and functionality
  • Experience with sales enablement strategies and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
