Director of Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Security to lead security initiatives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute a robust security strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee the design and maintenance of security policies and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage and mentor a team of security professionals while overseeing day-to-day security operations

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in information security, preferably in fintech or regulated environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISM are highly desirable
• Proficiency in security governance standards and cloud architecture, preferably AWS
• Strong understanding of threat landscapes, vulnerability management, and incident response methodologies
